ERRTH FLEX-TopCoat is a revolutionary exterior non-cementitious acrylic resin textured top coat for concrete walls (poured in place, tilt-up, pre-cast and aerated autoclave), CMU, wood sheathing, ICF, and textured coating finish applications. ERRTH FLEX-TopCoat combines the highest quality resins and marble sand to formulate a surface coating that has superior color consistency and retention. ERRTH FLEX-TopCoat is more flexible than other cementitious based coatings, allowing it to absorb wall movement due to thermal expansion and foundation settling, greatly reducing the potential for cracking and water migration to develop. ERRTH FLEX-TopCoat is available in three standard textures, fine, medium and coarse, and many standard colors. ERRTH FLEX-Top-Coat also offers custom texture and color capability.
